For the safety of our families, enrollment forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions.

Your child must meet the following requirements to participate in Project Angel Hugs:

Be under 18 years of age

Be actively undergoing cancer treatment at the time of enrollment

Live in the United States
